公司成立于2010年3月，注冊資本5000萬元，是哈投集團的全資子公司。

      公司經營范圍為房地產開發經營及物業管理，先后投資6.7億元建設了哈投經濟創新研發中心項目，為5A級寫字樓，建筑面積10萬平方米，是哈高新產業開發區標志性建筑之一。投資7.4億元建設香坊區小南屯棚戶區改造項目，建筑面積15.3萬平方米，是棚戶區改造的精品工程。

    The company was founded in March 2010 with registered capital of RMB 50 million, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hatou Group.

    Its business scope covers real estate development and property management. It successively invested RMB 670 million to build the Economic Innovation Research and Development Center. It is a 5A class office building with floor area of 100 thousand square meters, which is one of the land marks in high-tech industrial development zone of Harbin. It also invested RMB 740 million in Xiaonantun shanty town renovation project in Xiangfang District with floor area of 153 thousand square meters, which is the excellent project of shanty town renovation.
